I have a deep interest in people and their life experiences, and the way these experiences can affect our ability to thrive. We all have the ability within us to move towards contentment and fulfilment - counselling can help us discover that ability.

I am an experienced therapeutic counsellor, and have achieved accredited status as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.  I currently work in private practice, as well as counselling for the NHS in a Primary Care setting. I work with individuals and couples.

My counselling work and experience has brought me into contact with people from all backgrounds from the age of 16 to 85 years. My clients have faced a wide range of concerns, including generalised anxiety disorder, panic attacks and anxiety, including health anxiety, relationship issues including affairs and divorce, illness, bullying, bereavement, depression, addiction issues and sexual abuse and trauma.

I am warm, reliable and consistent in my approach, and offer a safe, confidential space where you can talk about your concerns and work towards change with my support.
